With the global popularisation of specialist real estate sectors and increasing demand on modern housing solutions, shared living is becoming a new way of shaping upcoming developments. To share knowledge about those still new typologies, Coliving Ventures is organising a series of events focused on exploring how to drive innovation, impact and change in cities of tomorrow with shared living. The events will take place from June 28th to 30th, during World Urban Forum 11 (wuf.unhabitat.org), a premier global conference on sustainable urbanisation, which is organised by UN Habitat (unhabitat.org), the City of Katowice (katowice.eu) and the Ministry of European Funds and Regional Policy Development (gov.pl/web/funds-regional-policy) from 26-30 June in Katowice.

Coliving Ventures is bringing shared living to the WUF 11 agenda and will provide a platform for sharing knowledge and networks, with an expected joint audience of over 400 attendees of high-level decision-makers, real estate investors, developers, operators, urban planners, public stakeholders, entrepreneurs, business leaders, thought-leaders and other industry professionals who are passionate about real estate, coliving, innovation and sustainable urbanisation models.
In addition to providing unique networking opportunities, the events will offer various panels dedicated to industry trends, best practices, innovations and insights into the future of sustainable and community-centred urbanisation. Shared living experts will share practical knowledge within community-driven housing, innovative implementation approaches and sustainable forms of urban living and housing within various specialist shared living models, including regenerative villages, coliving, build-to-rent and purpose built student accommodation among others.
